Description
Primary responsibility includes, raising funds for TCF through existing and prospective donors.
- Ensures that fundraising is carried out in line with TCFs values, mission, vision and future plans
- Solicit, cultivate, and retain donors
- Build relationship & provide amicable service to existing donors
- Focus on closing multi‐year commitments from organizations and high net worth individuals
- Meet or exceed development goals
- Convincingly articulate TCF programs to a group of people
- Identification and cultivation of new markets in North Region
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
