Description
Recruitment Pool Management:
- Updating current & designing new recruiting procedures/leads and processing/tracking job submissions.
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting ) and engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets
- Manage recruitment database by documenting and presenting progress reports of recruiting campaigns
- Create candidate persona for open positions, conduct initial screenings, interviews and refer qualified applicants to relevant departments for further interviews.
- Demonstrate to candidates a positive reflection of our company
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire etc.)
Pre-Selection Assessment:
- Facilitating in the design of assessments
- Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation
- Participating in execution of Assessment centers
- Ensure the provision of accurate statistics and records is maintained {AC candidates}
- Assist in preliminary interviews of potential candidates
Special Projects:
- Assist Manager TA for hiring employees timely & facilitate in developing outreach strategies
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of HR processes
- Good analytical skills

- Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Job boards & etc.
Education
Bachelors in relevant discipline
