A significant portion of TCF’s donations is received as zakat to support the education of deserving children across Pakistan. Beyond financial governance, it is essential that zakat reaches families who are eligible under Shariah guidance. - Visit schools across the TCF network to observe how the zakat assessment process is executed.

- Ensure on-ground teams are confident and well-prepared to conduct the prescribed interactions with families.
Training and Capacity Building:
- Conduct training sessions for principals and other relevant staff on the zakat eligibility and authorization process.
- Deliver annual refreshers and additional training when required.
- Ensure consistent understanding and application of the zakat process across the organization.
