Description
The Senior Manager – Content will lead TCF’s overall content strategy and storytelling efforts across digital, print, and donor communication platforms. This role involves conceptualizing and developing compelling, audience-centric content that strengthens TCF’s brand presence, drives engagement, and supports organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional storytelling and editorial skills, a strong understanding of digital content ecosystems, and the ability to translate complex ideas into impactful narratives for diverse audiences. The role also requires identifying strategic opportunities where content can create value for the organization, deepen donor engagement, and enhance visibility across platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute TCF’s overall content strategy across campaigns, digital platforms, websites, publications, and donor communications.
- Lead the development and content creation of TCF’s Annual Report and other key organizational publications.
- Lead and generate creative concepts for campaigns and develop compelling content to bring those ideas to life.
- Develop compelling content for campaigns, social media, blogs, articles, newsletters, print materials, and donor-facing communication.
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of content for TCF’s global and local websites, ensuring consistency, relevance, and alignment with brand voice.
- Update and maintain website content.
- Identify strategic opportunities where content can support fundraising, donor engagement, and brand-building objectives.
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on, and digital analytics.
- Promote campaign narratives and blog content across platforms to maximize reach and impact.
- Stay updated with SEO best practices and implement techniques to improve organic visibility and website performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all communication touchpoints.
- Ensure all content aligns with TCF’s brand voice, mission, and communication standards.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in content strategy, bilingual copywriting, and editorial management
- Experience producing annual reports
- Strong storytelling ability with a sharp eye for brand voice
- Excellent proofreading skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing website content and digital publishing platforms
- Understanding of digital content best practices
- Strong research and analytical capabilities

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience
At least 7-9 years of relevant experience in content development, communications, digital marketing, or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of leading content strategy at an organizational or brand level.
