Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
- Manage CRM upkeep, reporting, and operational data processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare donor, project, campaign, and operational reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Respond to organizational data and reporting requests while maintaining data integrity and governance.
CRM & Systems Optimization
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce, including workflows, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve automation, system integrations, and donor journeys.
- Identify and implement workflow enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Financial & Grant Operations
- Manage quarterly grant disbursements and maintain accurate financial and project records.
- Support reconciliations, reporting accuracy, and compliance-related operational processes.
Process Improvement & User Support
- Support AI-driven and operational process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Assist with data cleanup, system maintenance, documentation, and user training.
- Provide ongoing support to staff using CRM systems, dashboards, and operational tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Finance, Operations, and chapter teams.
Required Skills
- Preferably strong Salesforce experience, including workflows, reporting, and system optimization.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, including dashboarding, automation, and analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with financial data, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Nonprofit or fundraising operations experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
7+ years of experience in data operations, CRM management, systems administration, or analytics-focused roles.
