Key Result Area 1: Improving Quality of Regional Education Managers (REM)
- Work with HO HR for quality hiring for REMs and AEMs, ensuring a talent pool aligned with TCF's mission.
- Support the onboarding process for newly hired REMs, enabling their seamless integration.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to REMs, fostering leadership in education quality.
- Empower REMs to take ownership of education quality and nurture AEMs, promoting accountability.
- Establish performance goals, offer regular feedback, and contribute to annual appraisals.
- Assign development projects to enhance operational efficiency and education quality.
Key Result Area 2: Liaison between Head office and Schools
- Act as the primary point of contact between Head Office and schools, ensuring effective communication.
- Foster collaborative teamwork and unity among regional education teams.
- Maintain transparent communication through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional teams and Head Office departments to ensure alignment
- Lead specific education programs and advise on strategy and policy development.
- Identify and address on-ground education challenges.
- Cultivate a culture of integrity, ownership, continuous improvement, cooperation, and respect within and beyond the regions. · Understand and uphold TCF's educational policies and procedures.
Key Result Area 3: Strengthen Education Quality
- Ensures continuation and regular improvement in areas of Principal quality (PQI), Teacher quality (pedagogy), Student achievement (APR, EE & board results) and whole school improvement across the TCF regions, through REMs
- Conducts strong data analysis to triangulate qualitative information with quantitative and interpret data to develop strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with REMs on region-specific improvement plans
- Provides feedback on co-curricular activities in schools and review on syllabus, textbooks and guides to HO Education Teams.
- Attends and observes as many formal training sessions across the regions and provide feedback on all formal training implementation
- Enhance school quality through Whole School Index oversight.
- Facilitate faculty development through standardized School Development Days (SDDs).
