Description
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
- Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with hiring teams
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
- Support implementation of innovative sourcing and employer branding initiatives
- Track and report recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring progress
Assessments & Selection Support
- Coordinate recruitment assessments, tests, and interview logistics
- Support execution of assessment centers and hiring campaigns
- Maintain accurate records and candidate evaluation documentation
- Assist hiring managers in preliminary candidate evaluation and selection coordination
Onboarding & Orientation
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Coordinate joining documentation and employee onboarding formalities
- Facilitate employee induction and orientation activities
- Coordinate with relevant departments for employee setup requirements
HR Projects & Operational Support
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives
- Assist in workforce planning and outreach activities
- Contribute to recruitment campaigns, university engagement, and employer branding initiatives
- Provide operational support on additional HR assignments as required
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, job portals, and social sourcing channels
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities effectively
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting practices
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience
1 year of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations preferred
