Description
- Design, conduct, and evaluate training activities under TCF’s Non-Formal Education (NFE) program for out-of-school children of Pakistan as well as TCF’s Adult Literacy Programme.
- Adapt trainings to TCF community and non-TCF community contexts.
- Assist Deputy Manager and Manager Training to analyze training needs and refine training model accordingly
- Design and adapt in-person and digital training modules for NFE programmes
- Design and/or develop specific training modules
- Assist in developing training plan and budget
- Conduct (on-site as well as virtual) ToTs and teacher trainings
- Assist in preparing clear, user-friendly reports, presentations, and data visualizations for the education management team for strategic road-mapping
- Use a variety of available data to identify training programme needs and areas of improvement
- Develop assessments for NFE learners as per need
- Provide support in relevant cross-functional projects
Required Skills
- Strong command over written and spoken Urdu, Sindhi and English
- Proofreading and editing of text in Urdu, Sindhi and English
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments
- Ability to give clear and engaging presentations
- Background in training, teaching, and/or content design
- Passion to work with under-served communities
- Sound understanding of research methods and data management, and comfort with data analysis
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Familiarity with design thinking
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
Education
Bachelors in the social sciences, humanities, or liberal arts
Experience
2-3 years of work experience in the development/education sector particularly in non-formal education sector
Training experience in education development sector
(Experience in teacher training design and execution is preferred)
