Description
A Building Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing the head office facilities, ensuring all systems such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC function efficiently. The role involves routine inspections, troubleshooting faults, and responding promptly to maintenance requests. The technician also ensures compliance with safety standards and supports smooth day-to-day operations of the building.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work; familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
- Good troubleshooting ability, problem-solving skills, time management, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Education
Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance (DAE or equivalent preferred).
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or facility management.
