Description
This role will be responsible for ensuring the “excellence” in operations - from performance management to process improvements: ensuring good governance for growth & sustainability of TCF’s formal schools program.
In order to ensure quality at scale, TCF needs to have robust processes, systems, compliance mechanisms for data recording, collection, digitization & transformation, ensuring that accurate information is available to the right people at the right time for efficient planning and decision making.
Digital transformation & process re-engineering will entail change management, requiring good communication protocols/mechanisms to be in place & relationship building with multiple stakeholders.
Performance Management:
- Ensuring good governance by working with multiple stakeholders to develop the KPI framework for achieving long term impact
- Setting annual performance targets
- Ensuring timely & accurate data collection, digitization & transformation
- Ensuring multiple compliance mechanisms for data quality assurance
- Performance review: Assessment against targets, data review & insights
- Performance reporting
- Informing policy /process changes
Systems Development:
- Digital transformation: working with multiple stakeholders to custom develop a product solution for TCF’s new Operations Management System
- Deep dive into the existing system (School Management System/School Management App) and understand the gaps.
- Reengineer business processes to simplify, optimize and increase efficiency
- Work closely with the product development team for design and development.
- Define user acceptance criteria and develop acceptance tests. Monitor the results of the UATs and ensure problems areas are resolved.
- Plan and execute deployment, go-live and upgrades.
- Implement a continuous improvement mechanism.
Process & Policy Improvements:
- Identification of inefficient policy & processes which are affecting performance delivery standards
- Process re-engineering & optimization: setting & improving operational designs (‘how’ of implementation)
- Continuous improvement/efficiency in delivery
Communications & Collaboration:
- Map and manage key stakeholders for feedback and communication.
- Change management through streamlined & timely communication with stakeholders
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Working closely with on-ground field teams for timely implementation & deployment of systems

Masters
Experience
12-15 years of experience in:
a) Initiating, launching & scaling of program/product: from design to operational implementation
b) Performance management, process changes/optimization to ensure feedback loop for continuous program /product quality improvements
c) Digital transformation: shift from paper-based information collation, to digitization of data at source to inform evidence based decision making
d) Relationship management with multiple stakeholders, developing teams
e) Making work plans, building processes & systems, ensuring governance/ compliance
