Description
The designated individual will hold the responsibility of spearheading fundraising and outreach through volunteers in new markets. Primarily focusing on Europe.
- Demonstrate and promote TCF culture and values with key stakeholders
- Focus on the growth and development of his/her team & volunteers
- Ability to manage HNI & organizational donors
- Recruit, engage, retain and grow volunteer base in new/emerging markets to create awareness about TCF and raise funds
- The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing Volunteer/Donor Engagement Plans for new markets
- Work in close coordination with the global development, Donor journey & services and Brands & Comm department
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and retain donors in close coordination with volunteers in their respective region.
- Identify & develop champions/leaders in the volunteer community
- Recruit and maintain one on one relationship with affluent volunteer connectors
- Responsible for preparing and tracking MIS, monthly/annual fundraising targets.
Required Skills
- Oversee volunteer teams primarily through virtual engagements.
- Proficiency in engaging and managing chapter leads and senior volunteers.
- Exceptional writing, public speaking, and interpersonal skills in both Urdu and English to effectively connect with the diaspora and potential donors from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of strategic development and the ability to effectively execute plans.

Experience
6 + years of total work experience; preferably 3+ years of relevant work experience
