Description
The Manager – Finance, Operations and Data Management, will be managing Finance, Data, and Operations for Community Engagement and Development, ensuring efficient execution and data-driven decision-making. He/She will oversee the operations, budget and procurement of Vocational, Water, and CELC programmes.
Financial Management
- Manage programme budgets, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control
- Oversee procurement planning and execution for all programmes
- Track expenses, forecasts, and financial reporting against plans
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
Programme Operations
- Facilitate and support the execution of Vocational, Water, and CELC programmes
- Coordinate with field teams for seamless implementation
- Oversee field activities and facilitation in center establishment, water plants establishment.
- Drive stakeholder coordination, including Supply Chain and Finance Department for smooth execution.
Data Management & Analysis
- Establish systems for timely data collection, validation, and reporting
- Analyze programme data to generate insights for decision-making
- Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement areas
- Document impact, trends, and success stories for internal and external reporting
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Manage programme operations with effective field coordination
- Ensure timely follow-ups on plans and activities

Education
Bachelors in Social Sciences / Finance
Experience
The required candidate should possess 5-6 years of experience in the capacity of financial management, budgeting, operations, coordination, communication & data management & analysis.
