Description
- Lead enterprise-wide volunteer and community engagement initiatives to design, execute, sustain and scale volunteer programmes.
- Recreating the volunteer’s portfolio and design programmes keeping in mind the current pandemic situation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution of volunteer and community programmes.
- Build and manage relationships with organizations, community groups, corporate partners and individuals to expand outreach and engagement opportunities.
- Ensure smooth volunteer induction and structure the volunteer pool into teams by establishing mechanisms for communication, coordination and collaboration.
- Sustain and scale volunteer programmes by developing training resources, support material and engagement opportunities for volunteers.
- Create and implement volunteer recognition and motivation strategies to strengthen volunteer experience and retention.
- Provide ongoing facilitation and support to volunteers in achieving programme and fundraising objectives through different engagement channels.
- Assess programme effectiveness periodically and recommend improvements to ensure quality, relevance and impact.
- Provide operational and administrative support including logistics, coordination and reporting for programme execution.
- Liaise with volunteer leadership teams and operations teams to execute programmes as per agreed timelines and annual calendar.
- Develop strategies to ensure a sustainable volunteer pipeline and strengthen long-term community engagement.

Education
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in volunteer management, community engagement, relationship management, fundraising, donor relations, or sales
