Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the secondary mathematics curriculum to ensure conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning. Develop high-quality curriculum frameworks, instructional resources, and assessment systems aligned with Federal Board requirements, international best practices, and pathways for higher education and future careers.

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of the secondary mathematics curriculum, including standards, learning progressions, scope and sequence, and subject expectations aligned with Federal Board and organizational goals.
• Develop and review high-quality mathematics instructional resources, including student materials, teacher guides, lesson plans, assessments, and technology-enabled learning supports that promote conceptual understanding, reasoning, and higher-order thinking.
• Ensure curriculum coherence from primary through secondary grades, enabling smooth progression and readiness for advanced mathematics and STEM learning.
• Design curriculum interventions that strengthen mathematical language, academic literacy, and problem-solving skills required for success in English-medium secondary education.
• Integrate inquiry-based, real-world, and technology-enhanced learning approaches that foster mathematical modelling, critical thinking, and independent learning.
• Develop assessment frameworks and exemplar assessment items that accurately measure conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, reasoning, and application.
• Use student performance data, classroom evidence, and curriculum evaluation findings to identify gaps and continuously improve curriculum quality and learner outcomes.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure effective curriculum implementation and meaningful classroom impact.
• Review national and international mathematics curricula, research, and assessment frameworks to benchmark and strengthen curriculum quality and relevance.
• Support the implementation of curriculum through teacher orientation, resource development, and ongoing academic guidance.

• Deep expertise in secondary mathematics content, Ed-tech tools and pedagogy.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design principles, learning progressions, and assessment for learning.
• Knowledge of Federal Board, National Curriculum of Pakistan  and secondary mathematics requirements.
• Ability to design rigorous instructional and assessment resources.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for curriculum improvement.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in integrating educational technology into mathematics teaching and learning.

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.

• 4-5 years of experience in mathematics curriculum design, teaching, academic leadership, or educational program development.
• Demonstrated experience in developing curriculum frameworks, instructional resources, and assessments.
• Experience in teacher professional development and curriculum implementation will be an added advantage.
