Description
- Conduct different types of calls to donors to maintain better relationships as necessary, including sending account-related information via email.
- Frequently update donor database, including donor details and interactions.
- Manage calls and emails for partners across different country portfolios.
- Liaise with other departments for effective communication.
- Refer calls to appropriate departments as needed and provide donor/prospect feedback to management.
- Achieve fundraising goals and ensure that other objectives and metrics are met.
- Ability to manage high influx of calls during specific periods.

Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.
Experience
Proven experience of minimum 2 years.
