Description
The Performance Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of performance management system by fulfilling the following responsibilities:
Design of performance management processes
- Assist in the formulation and design of KPI framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create alignment on the KPI definition, formula and data collection process
- Assist in the implementation of performance management processes such as schools target-setting, annual plan preparation, review forums, etc.
Reports and Dashboards:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for dashboard or report design.
- Develop wireframes and mock-ups to illustrate dashboard concepts and obtain feedback.
- Facilitate IT team to develop easy-to-understand dashboards.
- Test reports or dashboards for usability and functionality.
- Train end-users on how to use dashboards effectively
Analysis and Reviews:
- Regularly review dashboards to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Highlight anomalies or exceptions with relevant teams that needs further probing
- Prepare presentations to communicate performance findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate review meetings with cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- Project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Analysis tool such as Power BI
- Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelors/Masters
Experience
3+ years of experience in project management or data management
