Job Summary

This role shall play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, institutionalizing capability-building systems, embedding continuous learning, and enabling a high-performing, values-driven culture.

Working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders, the incumbent will translate organizational priorities into integrated capability-building solutions while contributing towards strengthening leadership capability, embedding continuous learning, and enabling a high-performing, values-driven culture across the organization.

Capability Development

  • Design and continuously enhance management and leadership capability frameworks aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Translate organizational capability requirements into structured learning journeys and development interventions.
  • Design, implement and institutionalize scalable capability-building frameworks, governance mechanisms and learning pathways that support current and future organizational needs.

Learning & Leadership Development

  • Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of management and leadership development initiatives.
  • Curate and manage blended learning solutions using internal expertise, external partners and digital learning platforms.
  • Support the development of leadership capability across management cohorts through structured development journeys.

Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders, HR stakeholders and functional experts to identify current and future capability requirements.
  • Develop practical capability-building solutions that address organizational priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external learning partners.

Research & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to benchmark leading local and international practices in capability development, leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify emerging trends, translate insights into practical capability-building solutions, and recommend innovative approaches that strengthen organizational capability.
  • Continuously review and enhance capability development initiatives based on stakeholder feedback, organizational priorities and learning outcomes.

Learning Effectiveness & Analytics

  • Develop meaningful measures to evaluate the effectiveness and organizational impact of capability-building initiatives.
  • Monitor learning outcomes and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on learning initiatives and capability development.
  • Recommend improvements based on data, stakeholder feedback and evolving organizational priorities.

Culture & Organizational Development

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of initiatives that reinforce organizational values, leadership behaviours and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Contribute towards organizational development and change initiatives that strengthen management capability and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across the MCC function to ensure learning initiatives align with broader culture, leadership and organizational priorities.

Strategic Projects

  • Lead strategic capability and organizational development projects as assigned, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder engagement and successful implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Management Capability & Culture function by identifying opportunities to strengthen systems, processes and practices.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop team members while fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Promote effective planning, knowledge sharing and execution within the team.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related discipline. Master's degree will be preferred.

Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Coaching or Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum seven years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Development or related fields. Including at least two years in a supervisory or project leadership capacity.

Experience in designing organization-wide capability initiatives and partnering with senior stakeholders will be preferred.
