Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the successful transition of TCF Alumni to universities across Pakistan, and for extending support and interventions to ensure that they complete their tertiary education journey. The role involves career and socio-emotional counseling, scholarships management, engaging external stakeholders as needed, and operational duties to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with the management of TCF Tertiary Support Program
- Manage Tertiary Support Interviews for all eligible students as per the TCF Policy across Pakistan
- Responsible for minimizing university drop-outs and sunk costs
- Maintain, monitor and update the tertiary student database
- Maintain active channel of communication with stakeholders within and outside of TCF
- Establish contact and relationships with universities for smoother processes
- Provide support to Senior Manager Funds and Admissions at all times in all other related projects of Alumni Pathways

Education
Bachelors - 4 years in a relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Sciences, HR and Business).
Experience
1+ years of relevant experience (Fresh grads may also apply)
