Description

  • Assist in all administrative work for the CEO & EVPs
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the CEO’s calendar and activities
  • Brief/update the CEO on upcoming meetings and ongoing obligations
  • Works with Assistant Manager for external meetings, presentations and events, and ensures timely follow up of all action items
  • Works to support the Senior Management Team and provide assistance
  • Event planning and management
  • Organize and coordinate travel, tickets, accommodation, transportation for all EVPs and CEO, etc
  • Follow up with the HR team to maintain/update principals’ profile, when needed
  • Facilitating approval process between Executive Team and various departments

  • Proficiency in MS Suite
