Description
- Assist in all administrative work for the CEO & EVPs
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the CEO’s calendar and activities
- Brief/update the CEO on upcoming meetings and ongoing obligations
- Works with Assistant Manager for external meetings, presentations and events, and ensures timely follow up of all action items
- Works to support the Senior Management Team and provide assistance
- Event planning and management
- Organize and coordinate travel, tickets, accommodation, transportation for all EVPs and CEO, etc
- Follow up with the HR team to maintain/update principals’ profile, when needed
- Facilitating approval process between Executive Team and various departments
