Description
We are looking for a detail-obsessed and insight-driven Digital Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of TCF's global growth team. This is a horizontal role that supports all digital growth workstreams - paid acquisition, retail funnel, SEO/AEO, and website - by transforming raw data into clear, actionable intelligence. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building dashboards and interrogating CRM funnels as they are presenting findings to senior stakeholders. You will own the data layer that powers every growth decision.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting:
- Own TCF's digital analytics infrastructure; GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and platform-level dashboards, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely data.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI for campaign reporting, funnel tracking, and executive visibility.
- Produce regular reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, campaign-level) for the GM, Global Growth and senior stakeholders.
- Translate complex data sets into clear narratives with actionable recommendations: not just numbers, but the 'so what'.
Funnel Analysis & Conversion Optimization:
- Map and monitor the full donor funnel: from first touchpoint (paid, organic, direct) through to donation completion, identifying drop-off points and friction in the user journey.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and donor lifetime value across all entry channels.
- Partner with the Growth Manager, Retail Funnel to identify and prioritize funnel optimization opportunities backed by data.
- Run A/B test analyses and interpret results to guide landing page, form, and CRM decisions.
CRM & Salesforce Analytics:
- Own the analytics layer within Salesforce CRM, tracking lead-to-donor journeys, email performance, and retention cohorts.
- Identify drop-offs and friction points within CRM flows and work with the team to improve automation and donor nurture sequences.
- Maintain clean, structured data pipelines between digital platforms and Salesforce to ensure data integrity across the funnel.
Attribution & Channel Intelligence:
- Manage and refine attribution models to accurately credit channels and campaigns for donor conversions.
- Analyze cross-channel performance to identify the highest-ROI acquisition sources and inform budget allocation decisions.
- Maintain UTM governance and tagging standards across all campaigns and digital properties.
Collaboration & Insight Sharing:
- Act as the data partner for all four growth workstreams: acquisition, funnel, AEO, and CRO, providing each with relevant, timely insights.
- Support campaign post-mortems with structured data analysis and clear performance breakdowns.
- Proactively surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities without waiting to be asked.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its reporting capabilities.
- Solid understanding of conversion funnel analysis, attribution modelling, and A/B test interpretation.
- Experience with UTM tracking, tag management (GTM), and data hygiene best practices.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for ad hoc analysis.
- Excellent communication skills: able to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in nonprofit, e-commerce, or subscription businesses is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Experience
At least 3 to 4 years of work experience in digital analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing analysis.
