The Curriculum Development Specialist – Mathematics develops high-quality curriculum resources, assessments, and digital learning materials that strengthen mathematics teaching and learning. The role supports curriculum implementation by creating engaging instructional content, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with TCF's curriculum standards and educational goals.

• Develop high-quality instructional materials, including textbooks, teacher guides, worksheets, and supplementary resources in English and Urdu.
• Design formative and summative assessments aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.
• Create engaging e-learning content and teacher support resources to strengthen content knowledge and classroom practices.
• Research emerging trends, pedagogical approaches, and best practices in mathematics education to inform curriculum improvements.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure instructional materials are visually engaging and aligned with learning objectives.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum, assessment, teacher development, and digital learning teams on curriculum initiatives.
• Support curriculum mapping, resource development, pilot implementation, and continuous improvement projects.

Bachelor’s degree

Preferably 2 – 3 years in teaching, training or curriculum development
