- TALENT MANAGEMENT
1. Manage recruitment process of TCF local teachers and non-faculty in consultation with RHR and DM
KPI: 'x' number reduction in the ECD (empty classroom days) of the school.
2. Ensure timely orientation of newly recruited TCF and government teachers KPI: Ensure that 100% of new staff go through PRESET
3. Ensure capacity building of current faculty through formal training and one-on-one coaching/mentoring sessions.
KPI 1: 'x' number of training hours per teachers per year
KPI 2: Net improvement in teachers’ classroom observation scores vis-à-vis previous scores. - OPERATIONS (BUSINESS AS USUAL)

5. Ensure all procedures comply with TCFs policies and relevant Government guidelines

- INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Assist Principals/HM in developing School Improvement Plan and review its progress in relation to school targets.
KPI: SIP Strategies are being implemented according to plan - Train and coach HMs to give productive feedback on lesson plan, conduct classroom observation and set improvement targets for teachers.
KPI: SIP Strategies are being implemented according to plan - Conduct classroom observations as per the policy guidelines, set and follow up improvement targets for teachers independently.
KPI: At least 01 independent classroom observations per academic year for each teacher4. Monitor lesson planning quality, copy checking, remediation plan, literacy leadership and co-curricular activities.
KPI 1: Provide written comprehensive feedback on any 01-lesson plan for all teachers every month
KPI 2: Recheck 2 copies from each grade every month and provide feedback to the teacher as per policy guidelines
5. Management of external and internal exams at schools.
KPI 1: Schools meet the success criteria set for QATs/SATs/independent evaluations.
KPI 2: Improvement in APR (average percentage result).
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Engage with parent’s school community including participation in CSG (community support groups) / SMC (school management committees) to leverage their support for school's improvement.
KPI 1: ‘x’ meetings conducted.
KPI 2: ‘x' % participants attended SMC, CSG and PTMs.
- AREA IMPROVEMENT PLANNING
- Develop (and submit for approval to DM) annual improvement plan for each school along with HM and implement the proposed area improvement strategies.
KPI 1: Develop AMP within 02 weeks of new academic year.
KPI 2: Implementation of AMP strategies and actions.
2. Utilize data in making effective decisions pertaining to area improvement.

- Ensure that principals / HMs / CMs enable a collaborative learning environment where teachers are reflective practitioners, learn from each other, are receptive to feedback and feel comfortable sharing their areas of improvement.

Education
Strong background in teaching and learning, demonstrated by professional credentials in education [M.Ed. / B.Ed.] and teaching experience.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in school leadership as a head teacher or academic coordinator in a public or private school.
