Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager - Technology & Connectivity to assist alumni Pathways leadership to drive the implementation of technology solutions that support our business processes, teams, programs, and alumni community. This role requires a technology expert who can envision, design, and implement innovative solutions, and is proficient with business analysis, systems design, information systems, and project management.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and organizational goals.
- Assist in designing and implementation technology solutions that facilitate, improve, and streamline business processes, teams, programs, and alumni experiences.
- Document requirements and design solutions for a comprehensive Alumni Relationship Management system that integrates all programs, services, and operations to enhance team outcomes and alumni experiences.
- Assist in designing and implementation data visualization and dashboards for various internal stakeholders, providing insights and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Lead a call center team, overseeing all inbound and outbound operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication with alumni and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to team members as needed, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth technology operations.
- Assist in developing alumni-related interventions, such as forms and chatbots, to streamline communication channels and enhance alumni engagement.
- Lead the use of technology for educational purposes, identifying and implementing apps, software, and tech processes that enhance learning outcomes.
- Interact with stakeholders to streamline reporting and dashboards, incorporating their information needs into technology systems.
Required Skills
- Strong ability to conceptualize, document, design, and implement technology solutions
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard creation, with experience using tools like Power BI
- Familiarity with developing interventions and utilizing communication channels, such as forms and chatbots, to enhance engagement and streamline communication.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to interact with internal departments
- Familiarity with platforms such as Moodle, FormStack, and CRM.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems).
Experience
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in technology management, systems implementation, or related fields.
