Description
Enterprise Transformation & Operating Model
- Own and drive TCF’s enterprise-wide transformation agenda aligned with organizational strategy
- Redesign and digitalize operating models, workflows, and decision-making processes across functions and programs
- Partner with leadership across TCF to challenge and improve how work gets done, embedding a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Infrastructure & Connectivity
- Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure across all
locations, with strong service delivery standards and performance accountability - Lead the program to bring 80%+ schools online with sustainable deployment and support models
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with telecom providers and relevant government stakeholders to enable and scale school connectivity
Enterprise Systems, Data & Process Transformation
- Deploy and integrate enterprise systems (ERP, HR, CRM, Operations), generative and agentic AI, and workflow automation solutions as part of a cohesive, scalable architecture to drive improved visibility, efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
- Embed an AI-first culture across the organization through capability-building and fostering innovation, coupled with a focus on safety, data sovereignty and long-term sustainability
- Establish robust data governance and information security frameworks to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and protection
AI and Tech for Teaching and Learning Innovation
- Identify and solve practical, high-priority challenges faced by educators in TCF through the use of AI and EdTech enhancing teacher effectiveness and agency and improving learning outcomes
- Build and manage partnerships with global experts, while developing an internal team with progressively stronger capabilities to design, test, and scale solutions
- Lead an evidence-based approach to innovation—running real-world pilots, measuring impact, and scaling context relevant solutions that integrate effectively into TCF classrooms and workflows
Organizational Leadership, Governance & Performance
- Build and lead a high-performing technology and transformation organization that continuously learns, adapts, and responds effectively to evolving organizational needs
- Establish enterprise-wide governance frameworks for systems, data, and workflows, while defining and tracking KPIs linked to transformation outcomes, including system adoption, process efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and learning outcomes
- Ensure disciplined investment, value realization, and ROI from technology initiatives

Education
Minimum Master's in a relevant field
Experience
15–20+ years in technology, digital transformation, or related fields
